Required qualifications include:

Heavy Duty / Commercial Truck Transport Mechanic
Okanagan Aggregates Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced and licensed Heavy Duty / Commercial Truck Transport Mechanic to join our growing team and work locally in Armstrong, BC
The successful individual should have experience with inspections and also be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul, repair and maintain trucks, trailers & mobile heavy duty equipment used in the road construction and paving industry.

Paving Crew Personnel (Seasonal Full Time)
Okanagan Aggregates Ltd. is currently seeking reliable paving crew personnel to start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist the crews with Equipment Operator or Labourer Duties
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labour and use of hands and tools
- Safe operation of equipment; such as Rollers
- Work with minimal supervision
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Some experience in operation of construction related equipment such as packer or finished roller would be an asset but not necessary.
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time;
- Open to training & learning equipment for growth opportunity
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends.
Additional Information:
- This is a seasonal position and starts in spring of every year
- This position is eligible for over-time
- Travel required throughout locations of B.C.
- Training will be provided for various activities
- We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off season).
